We are happy to announce that the Healthcare Centre in Ellenrust Lifestyle Village, Stilbaai is under way! This week we have laid out the chalk lines and next week construction will commence with the foundation. The Healthcare Centre will be constructed in two phases. One part in phase 1 and the following add on in phase 3.
Until the Healthcare Centre phase 1 is available and operational, we understand the need for healthcare support. To ensure your safety and well-being during this period, the Developer has appointed a trusted homecare agency available to our residing owners. We want you to feel secure in your new home, which is why each new residing owner will receive a medical evaluation and two check-ups every month. Each home will also have a panic button.
