A community levy, which will be payable monthly, will cover services such as the cost of management, security, insurance of the property, maintenance and landscaping of public areas. The levy is based on the pro rata participation quota of the property. The owner of a larger house will therefore contribute more than the owner of a smaller property. The estimated amount is R14.59 /m² per month.

• A health care levy, monthly payable by the owner (and his/her spouse). This levy will give residents access to primary health care, as well as subside the health care centre. The estimated amount is R467.46 per person per month.
• A meal levy will be payable upon completion of the community building in phase 2 when the kitchen is operational.

If the owner should be admitted to the Health Care Facility, he/she will pay an estimated levy of R250per day (R7 500 per month) as well as a meal levy.
