Ellenrust Properties (Pty) Ltd. is an affiliation development company of the Klein-Karoo Fund. KKF is a property development fund consisting of private investors and owns several properties in the Southern Cape. KKF is, among other things, the controlling shareholder of the Caves Retirement Development in Oudtshoorn.
Two nominated directors will be responsible for the management of the development company as well as managing the project itself, assisted by the Professional Team.
